We did a survey on your job performance. 
我们做了一个调查，是关于你的工作表现的。

How did I do? 
我做得怎样？

Not so good. Lots of complains. 
不是很好。有很多投诉。

Really? I thought I was doing well. 
真的吗？我觉得我做得很好。

Your performance so far is not quite in line with what we expect for our executives. I hope I’ve made my point.
目前你的工作表现不符合我们对主管的要求。我希望我已经表明了我的观点了。
